Job Description
BDO is seeking a Tax Manager specializing in Private Client Services to provide tax compliance, consulting, and financial planning services to high net-worth individuals and organizations. The role involves managing client engagements, providing tax advice, and supervising staff. This position is within a boutique practice offering a high touch approach and significant responsibilities in complex tax matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics; Master’s degree in Accountancy or Taxation, preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of prior experience in accounting, finance, or law.
- Experience working in public accounting, or the private client service area, preferred.
- Certification in Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Enrolled Agent (EA), or Attorney required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
