Job Description
The Tax Manager, Transaction Advisory Services team is seeking a highly motivated individual to ensure timely execution of engagements and client expectations. This role involves deal structuring, due diligence, tax attribute management, and the provision of opinions and rulings to clients. The M&A Tax practice includes various projects focused on private equity, strategic corporate entities, and post-closing integration of taxes.
