Job Description
The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for providing tax and consulting services to business clients, including S-corps, LLCs, and partnership entities. This role involves tax planning, preparation, and research, as well as client engagement, team supervision, and compliance with relevant regulations. They are expected to contribute to client satisfaction and stay updated with tax developments.
Requirements
- Eight (8) or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting experience
- Experience with working on individual, estate, trust, partnership, S-corporation, and private foundation tax/consulting clients
- Prior supervisory experience
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent’s (EA) credential (or equivalent)
