Job Description
The Core Tax Services Senior Manager is responsible for advising clients on tax implications, evaluating tax burden, and identifying compliance methods. The role requires applying knowledge to understand potential tax issues and making top-level decisions regarding tax filing and resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics
- Master's in Accountancy or Taxation preferred
- Eight or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting experience
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent required
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with tax research databases and tax compliance process software preferred
