Tax Senior Manager, Pass-through Entities

The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for providing tax and consulting services to business clients with pass through entities and to their business owners. The role involves tax planning, preparation, and research for pass through entities and individual returns, as well as client satisfaction and team management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics
• Eight (8) or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting/professional services experience
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (EA) designation
