Tax Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services (M&A)

The Tax Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services (M&A) role involves executing engagements, meeting client expectations, and supporting the national TAS Tax strategy. The job requires strong tax expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing multiple client engagements and client service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) with a focus on tax, preferred
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax, preferred
• Eight (8) or more years of experience in professional services, required
• Three (3) or more years of TAS specific experience, required
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”), or the equivalent of one of these designations, required
