Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
- Five or more years of public accounting experience or three or more years of TAS Merger & Acquisition specific experience at a mid/large firm
- CPA, CPA candidate, or CA, preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with and adapt communication style to successfully convey messaging and objectives to all levels of management
