Customer Solution Manager

Be-Mobile is a European market leader in smart mobility solutions, headquartered in Ghent. We are looking for a Customer Solution Manager to develop and manage our running projects in the area of Traffic Management.

Requirements

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge requirements and propose better solutions
• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation or change management
• Comfortable in a highly client-facing role, managing multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to combine structure and flexibility in a fast-moving environment
• Higher degree and eagerness to learn
• Experience in delivering fixed price projects including P&L management
• Familiar with software application development and good technical insight
