Job Description
Beacon AI is hiring a Software Engineer, Artificial Intelligence/LLM for multiple seniority levels. The role involves shipping LLM-powered product features end-to-end, designing retrieval and tool-calling flows, and building evals and guardrails. The team operates without silos or heavy processes, and candidates should have experience with LLM apps, strong building skills, and a quality mindset.
Requirements
- Ship LLM-powered product features end-to-end
- Design retrieval and tool-calling flows
- Build evals and guardrails
- Partner with ML/infra teammates on embeddings, indexing, and model hosting
- Partner with product teammates on user experience and outcomes
