Job Description
The Maintenance Technician II will perform various skilled maintenance functions, including minor repairs, clean outs, and demo work for turnover related responsibilities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3-5 years of related experience, and general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and/or carpentry.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of related experience
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry
- Skilled in at least 2 trades
- Maintains a valid driver's license
- Technical proficiency with cell phones and tablets
- Ability to speak and understand basic English
