Requirements
- Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges
- Foster a safe environment and create a trust-filled space
- Prepare meals, assist with laundry and cleaning, and transport individuals to appointments
- Administer medications and ensure correct dosage
- Remain awake and accessible in homes requiring round-the-clock care
- Supervise daily activities and support individuals with personal care, life skills, and social activities
