Sourcing Manager - Product Development

Bealls Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Manager - Product Development to lead the coordination efforts of our global sourcing blueprint. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of comparable and relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Develops and executes cross functionally aligned global sourcing strategies for assigned product categories
• Drives negotiations and owns supplier relationships to command best costs
• Manages the entire lifecycle of product development in partnership with design and tech teams
• Ensures on-time delivery, meeting consumer demand
• Closely partners with internal departments to ensure proper classification of richly diverse products
