Associate Director, Commercial IT

Beam Therapeutics is a biotechnology company seeking an Associate Director, Commercial IT Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison between IT and Commercial business units, ensuring technology solutions enable successful commercialization of advanced gene therapy products.

Requirements

• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and testing for commercial platforms.
• Support the overall governance and lifecycle management of commercial IT applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Serve as a liaison for general vendor interactions.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure alignment with IT and business objectives.
• Ensure seamless data flow across internal and external systems to support end-to-end business processes.
• Support authoring and execution of Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP scripts.
• Provide internal workflow support to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
