Director, Insights & Analytics

Beam Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Insights & Analytics to lead market research capability and forecasting processes across the portfolio. The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a relevant academic field; MBA, MD, PhD, or other graduate degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years business experience within the pharma/biotech/biopharma space or consulting.
• Strong understanding of primary and secondary market research methodologies.
• Proven experience leading vendor selection and managing research partners.
• Hands-on forecasting experience, including scenario planning, strongly preferred.
