Senior Director, Field Market Access

Beam Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Field Market Access to lead the field market access organization, calling on payers and Treatment Centers. The role is responsible for driving appropriate access and coverage for Beam’s portfolio across payers and Gene Therapy Treatment Centers.

Requirements

• Lead team responsible for all market access and reimbursement stakeholder field engagement for assigned accounts
• Serve as a subject matter expert on local payers
• Support team in delivering compelling value propositions and payer materials
• Help team build and execute account-specific business plans
• Partner cross-functionally with other field leadership
