Requirements
- Intake with the hiring manager until screening and follow-up of candidates (A to Z recruitment process).
- Contribute to campus recruitment activities, including company visits and job fairs.
- Help develop employer branding initiatives.
- Actively participate in various HR projects, such as onboarding, well-being or other current themes within the organization.
- Map HR processes, critically evaluate them, and propose improvements (competence management, leadership assessment, performance appraisal cycle, etc.).
- Evaluate and implement training programs and learning platforms.
- Support the setup of internal academies and mapping of training needs.
