Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Director of Inside Sales and is responsible for driving new revenue through proactive outreach, supporting declining accounts, and new business acquisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying Inside Sales or new business acquisition experience, preferably within beauty, extensions, or stylist-driven industries
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong understanding of hair extension categories (Tape, Weft, K-tip) preferred
- Proficient in CRM systems; NetSuite and/or Shopify experience is a plus
