We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to lead and scale our people strategy across our brand portfolio.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience in retail, beauty (hair, nails, cosmetics, fashion, fragrance etc.) consumer brands, or fast-growth environments strongly preferred
- Experience working at start-ups or small scrappy organizations, balancing strategy and execution
- Demonstrated success building, implementing, and scaling HR processes, policies, and infrastructure in growing organizations
- Strong experience leading change management initiatives and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
- Deep knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influence skills, with the ability to partner effectively at the executive level
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in evolving organizations
