Job Description
Healthcare Talent is assisting a client in hiring a Human Resources Manager to oversee the recruitment, benefits, and employee relations teams. The HR Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy to support business needs.
Requirements
- Oversee, manage, and develop the recruitment, benefits and employee relations staff.
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to management and staff.
- Manage employee relations issues and coach/counsel supervisors and managers on policy compliance and legal risks.
- Assist with the implementation of process improvements related to recruitment and benefits.
- Prepare for and attend unemployment hearings.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide data to departments on a yearly basis.
