Job Description
Hydrafacial is seeking an Associate Desktop Support Technician to provide first-level IT support to users, assist with IT system administration, and contribute to knowledge base articles. The role involves troubleshooting, documentation, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years or above relevant working experience
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, MacOS (desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure & Entra ID
- Foundational understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Exposure to collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
