Job Description
Bechtel is seeking an Area Field Superintendent (CCGT) to oversee construction operations in the combined cycle area of a large gas-fired power generation facility. The candidate will supervise craft activities, schedule work, and ensure compliance with specifications and budgets. The position is contingent upon project awards and may start in the home office or in the field.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant technical disciplines
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience, or 14+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in field supervision of direct hire union workers
- Experience in Combined Cycle power projects
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
