Job Description
Bechtel is seeking a Lead Safety Trainer to deliver training programs and material in a Construction environment for the Thacker Pass Project in Nevada. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience, or 9-12 years of relevant work experience, and OSHA 30 certification.
Requirements
- Collaborating with ES&H and Construction groups on the developing, revising and implementing craft training.
- Coordination of skills verification, apprentice mentoring, identification and rectification of skill gaps.
- Supervises project trainers and/or Craft evaluator(s).
