Job Description
Bechtel is seeking a Military Veteran Opportunity to join their Construction Field Supervision team. This role involves leading and supervising construction project teams, ensuring craft professionals are productive and compliant with projects. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
- Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned.
- Ensures compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to interpret Engineering design documents
- Coordinates with Subcontractors and Foremen
