Payroll Specialist for Bechtel in Warsaw, Poland. Process payroll for employees, ensure compliance with Polish labour law, social security, and tax regulations. 3-6 years of experience in payroll processing required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- Approximately 3–6 years of professional experience in payroll processing, preferably in a corporate or international environment
- Practical knowledge of Polish payroll regulations, including labour law, social security (ZUS), personal income tax (PIT), and employee benefits
