Job Description
Design and engineering of mechanical power plant systems, with a focus on cooling water systems, feed water, condensate, and other utility systems. Experience in execution of basic/conceptual engineering, FEED, EPCM, and EPC modes of execution for Indian and international projects is required. Design and detail engineering experience in semiconductor facilities, battery manufacturing, and data centers is an added advantage.
Requirements
- Review of deliverables of Process Package
- Design Criteria
- Design calculations for flow and pressure-drop
- Data sheets, Project specifications, Material and Service Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations
- System Descriptions
- Generate PIDs
- Ensure quality for deliverables/work done
- Develop technical specifications for Equipment/Package
- Participate in IDC process
- Review of Vendor prints and approval
- Resolve Vendor/Site queries
- Develop/documentation for progress reporting
- Implement/Capture Lesson Learnt
- Active pursue of Value Engineering, design and cost optimization program
- Travel to help activities at other engineering offices, supplier's works, construction sites
