Job Description
Bechtel is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design development of a new, advanced nuclear reactor Natrium. This DOE-funded project aims to establish U.S. leadership in nuclear energy by providing funding to industry to design and build a competitive, safe, and efficient reactor. The role involves developing concrete and steel structural designs, foundation designs, and performing calculations while collaborating with other engineering disciplines and coordinating with national laboratories and universities.
Requirements
- Grade 24: BS degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural or related)
- 2-5 years relevant experience (Grade 24)
- 2-5 years relevant experience (Grade 24)
- US citizen or legal resident (Green Card Holder)
