Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in residential or commercial construction, renovation, or related fields.
Requirements
- Valid General Contractor's license or equivalent experience
- A Experience in Construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety practices
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and construction documents
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 80 lbs and working in various environments (hot, cold, wet, dusty)
- Ability to pass drug screening, background screening, and all onboarding requirements
