As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for our email communication, developing and implementing our CRM and email strategy, and ensuring that every email is relevant, appealing, and effective.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in CRM / email marketing
- Experience with Klaviyo is a plus, but not a must
- You should already have worked with a CRM / email marketing tool
- Strong in copywriting (sales-driven & educative)
- Comfortable with data and KPIs
- Experience with tools like Canva, Slack, and Notion
- Fluent German and good English skills
