CUISINIER EN EHPAD (H/F)

BEE'Z PRO is currently recruiting a cook H/F to complete its team in an EHPAD in Pfastatt, Grand Est, France. The cook will be responsible for preparing meals in a homemade spirit, ensuring the quality and hygiene of the dishes, and respecting dietary regimes.

Requirements

• Diploma CAP OR BEP CUISINE
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the kitchen
• Experience in collective entities required
• Food safety and hygiene rules
• Prepare meat and fish
• Cook meat, fish or vegetables
• Peel vegetables and fruits
• Explain and ensure the respect of the rules and procedures, HACCP
