Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT or Business Administration
• At least 1 year of proven experience as an IT Sales Representative
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service
• Proactive, goal-oriented, resourceful, and innovative
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Team-oriented, with the ability to support and coordinate with the sales team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Network/Security products is an added advantage
