Loans Admin Officer

We are looking for a Loans Admin Officer to support our Hire Purchase and Insurance lending team, processing loan applications, preparing loan agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan administration or related roles, preferably in the Hire Purchase and Insurance lending industry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of lending regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management principles
• Familiarity with loan management software or other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
