Established retail brand seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to provide strategic HR leadership and champion workforce development.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree/diploma in human resources, Business, or a related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience and 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Experience within the retail/consumer industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
