Job Description
Beedie Capital is seeking an Associate – Operations to manage its CRM environment, maintain reporting discipline, and execute processes that support its growth. The role requires strong CRM experience, analytical skills, and experience using AI tools to improve operational work.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, strategy & operations, revenue operations, or a similarly analytical execution role
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), including workflow configuration and reporting
- Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve speed and accuracy in operational work.
- Proven experience improving funnel visibility, reporting, or forecasting processes
- Track record of executing structured processes and driving accountability across teams
- Strong analytical skills with a data-first approach to problem-solving
- Experience managing projects using tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and comfort operating with sensitive information
- Bias towards action, with a preference for executing and refining over waiting for perfect conditions
