Job Description
Join Beedie Industrialâs fast-paced development division in our Toronto office as a Marketing Manager, Industrial. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Senior Director, Industrial Marketing, and collaborate with the broader Industrial Sales and Marketing teams to drive sales and marketing efforts across all industrial projects in our active Ontario markets.
Requirements
- Highly creative with a strong passion for design & brand development
- Strong understanding of product positioning, market strategy, and industrial real estate marketing
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and visual, with strong grammar and proofreading ability
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management capacity
- Willingness to travel
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
