Job Description
Beehive Industries is seeking a Principal Engineer, Mechanical Systems Leader to design and analyze bearings, seals, and pumps in a gas turbine engine. The role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems design and experience working with gas turbines, additive manufacturing, and design software tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- At least 12+ years of experience in mechanical systems design
- Strong understanding of design software tools as used in modelling (CAD) and analysis (FEM)
- Experience working with gas turbines for aviation product applications from a mechanical and aero design perspective.
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Experience working with additive manufacturing technologies and familiarity with design for additive manufacturing principles
