Senior Engineer, Design and Modeling Contractor

Beehive Industries is a company dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems. The company is seeking a Senior Engineer, Design and Modeling Contractor to work on turbomachinery components and assemblies.

Requirements

• Work with engineers to execute the design, analysis, and evaluation of turbomachinery components and assemblies
• Create definitions of parts, modules, and assemblies in 2D cross sections, 3D models, tolerance stackups, and electronic data formats
• Perform 'reverse engineering' by using scan data and creating new part models using parametric modeling
• Ensure product designs follow standards for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
• Support design reviews and collaborate with other disciplines in design, performance, controls, and system integration
