Product Manager - Search

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Search product within the BEES app. Search is a critical capability for BEES, powering most product findability flows and directly impacting GMV across multiple markets.

Requirements

• University degree in a field related to the role
• Experience as a Product Manager working on technical, platform, or backend-heavy products
• Strong understanding of search systems, algorithms, or highly scalable backend services
• Ability to comfortably communicate with engineers
• Experience working with data to analyze product performance
• Experience working in cross-functional and highly collaborative environments
• Familiarity with Agile product development practices
