Job Description
AB InBev is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead global initiatives across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally within global or technology-driven environments
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of customer support processes
- Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions
