Project Manager role at AB InBev Growth Group responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. Ensuring communication between internal and external stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, Industrial engineer, or a related field
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken), Spanish is a plus
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience with Agile projects is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with Agile Frameworks (Scrum or similar)
- People oriented, focused on people management and transformative leadership
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Profile linked to innovation, tuned to new trends and new market features
