We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Credit Services team in Melbourne. The role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working across banking, claims, and credit functions.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas essential)
- Strong experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control
- Experience with claims administration or dispute resolution
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly regarded
