Associate Delivery Manager - Data Warehouse

Beghou brings over three decades of experience helping life sciences companies optimize their commercialization through strategic insight, advanced analytics, and technology. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end client engagements focused on the design, implementation, and delivery of Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 7 to 9 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, and payer MDM or similar centralised data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market.
• CDW experience in the US life sciences industry is strongly preferred.
• MDM experience in the life sciences industry is mandatory.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong coding skills in Python.
• Strong project management and people management skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
• Ability to thrive in an international matrix environment and willingness to support US clients during US working hours with 3-4 hours of overlap.
