Manager, Commercial Operations & Analytics

Beghou is seeking a Manager, Commercial Operations & Analytics to lead and manage operations for ongoing client engagements for life sciences/pharma clients. The role requires a blend of leadership, analytical expertise, and industry knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for project leadership, team management, enhancing data processes, and managing client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree
• At least 8 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions
• Technical Expertise in coding (SAS, Python, VBA) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Analytical Skills and Problem-solving skills
• Project & People Management skills
