Requirements
- Graduate/Master’s degree from Tier-I/Tier-II institution/university
- Proven track record of delivering data & analytics engagements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare
- 4+ years of experience in sales force optimization
- Strong expertise in analytics & visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in an international matrix environment
- Strong understanding of pharma industry challenges
- Passion for data-driven solutions
