Senior Manager, Search Innovation

Begin is a market-leading early childhood platform that delivers personalized, play-based learning to children ages 2–10. The company is looking for a Senior Manager, Search Innovation to lead its organic search and discovery strategy across traditional search and emerging AI-driven surfaces.

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of hands on SEO experience with a track record of driving organic growth
• Demonstrated success across both content strategy and technical SEO initiatives
• Deep expertise in core SEO tools including Google Search Console, AHRefs, Semrush, and similar platforms
• Experience experimenting with AI powered search workflows, answer engine optimization, and emerging discovery surfaces
• Strong content strategy skills including keyword modeling, opportunity sizing, topic clustering, and authority building
• Solid technical SEO foundation with understanding of site architecture, UX, and search indexing best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect search performance to engagement and conversion metrics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working cross functionally with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams
