Job Description
Join our team of exceptional Behavior Technicians at Behavior Frontiers, a leader in ABA treatment for autism and other special needs. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy, teach individuals to communicate and achieve independence, and collaborate with BCBAs and families.
Requirements
- Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Some college credits or current enrollment.
- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
- Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Science, Child Development, Counseling, Early Childhood Education, Education, Human Development, Liberal Studies, Nursing, Psychology, Psychiatry, Speech and Hearing Services, Social Work, Rehabilitation, Sociology, or related field.
- Professional background in teaching, counseling, behavioral health, or related field.
