Occupational Therapist | Consultant

Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities or delays. The role involves assessing needs, providing recommendations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including speech-language pathologists, early intervention specialists, and family members. The program focuses on adaptive skills, problem behavior reduction, and positive family relationships.

Requirements

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Master's Degree
• 2 years' experience designing, implementing, and evaluating occupational therapy services
• 2 years' experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities or delays in home/community settings
• Demonstrated excellence with written assessments and treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with a team
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check
