The HR Generalist will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, support a growing staff team, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, DCF regulations, and company policies.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and recordkeeping, while playing a key role in shaping a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
This role requires strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance, with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
