Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides ABA assessment and clinical services for children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA consults, provides training, conducts behavioral evaluations, and designs behavior and individual support plans for clients.
Requirements
- Comply with BACB Ethics Code
- Administer, conduct, and evaluate behavioral assessment measures
- Develop individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs
- Train Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA Therapists
- Provide supervision for Licensed Behavior Specialists
- Meet with Clinical Director and document client progress
- Maintain billable caseload and document billable hours
- Develop written reports documenting behavioral recommendations
- Respond to feedback and maintain performance
