Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), 10-Month Employee

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides ABA assessment and clinical services for children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Comply with most current Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code.
• Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures.
• Develops individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and designs behavior support plans.
• Trains Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA Therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical programming.
• Provides high-quality supervision for Licensed Behavior Specialists pursuing credentialing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Conducts weekly/biweekly supervision meetings with Licensed Behavior Specialists, Registered Behavior Technicians, ABA Therapists, and Teachers.
• Maintains billable caseload and documents billable hours according to state and federal regulations.
• Develops written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner.
