Instructional Assistant, Full-Time at Behavior Health Associates (BHA) in Shamokin, Pennsylvania. Assist teachers in reinforcing instruction to individuals or small groups of students.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Paraeducator experience from a previous school or agency, preferred
- Experience in working with children/students, preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and leadership team, while maintaining professional boundaries
- Positively represent and promote BHA services to outside organizations
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Communicate effectively utilizing both written and oral communication
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft/Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Effectively utilize technology for communication and reporting needs
